Do you offer tracking?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What kind of products do you offer?
We create cozy, kawaii-style stickers, coloring pages, and planner goodies designed to help you relax, unwind, and enjoy a little creative time.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our stickers are designed for planners, journals, and indoor use. While they have a soft, durable finish, they are not fully waterproof.
What size are your coloring pages?
Most of our coloring pages are designed in a square format (8.5" x 8.5") for a cozy, balanced layout.

What is the Cozy Creations Club?
It’s our monthly subscription that delivers a curated collection of stickers, coloring pages, and planner goodies right to your door.
When will I be billed?
Billing occurs monthly based on the date you sign up.
When do subscription boxes ship?
Subscription orders typically ship during the first week of each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
Will I receive the same items each month?
No - each month features a brand new, exclusive collection you won’t find anywhere else.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it for you.
